Janus is a seasoned business and professional networker operating across North Bengal, Assam, Sikkim, and Bhutan. He possesses extensive experience in cross-cultural collaboration. As a Business Network Leader, he has successfully organised business meetings aimed at strengthening business relationships. Academically, he holds an M.Sc in Counselling Psychology from Martin Luther Christian University, Shillong. He also has degree in Commerce. He is also a certified Career Guidance Practitioner under Jiva Career and Livelihood Planning. He has served as a college counsellor at St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, and worked at an ICSE school as a counsellor and wellness teacher in Siliguri, West Bengal. He has been involved in counselling for more than 12 years.
He is been involved in personal counselling for young adults and teens, family counselling, and Pre-Marital and Couple counselling. Having lived across India in many different cities like Delhi, Dehradun, Chandigarh, Pune, Bangalore and Siliguri he has rich experience in cross-cultural and multilingual settings having deep cultural insights. He has conducted numerous leadership webinars, seminars, and counselling sessions with teenagers and young adults, as well as career consultations and career workshops for organisations and institutions. He is fluent in English and Hindi. He is also pursuing his Doctoral studies.
